Returns

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 working days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unworn and unused

In the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs and original shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund any shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Sale Items & Defective Products

Sale items cannot be returned.

Items sold at a reduced price due to a clearly stated defect or imperfection cannot be returned for that same reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
